Park County, CO – Park County CSU Extension will host a new class called “Herbs: Garden to Table” on May 10th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in Bailey. Please join us if you are interested in learning about how to grow herbs and how they can be incorporated into the kitchen.

This program is hosted in partnership with Paula Marquez, owner of Polita's Place Apothecary & Wellness located in Bailey, CO. She is a Certified Herbalist who is committed to working with her community to promote holistic well-being and empower individuals to take charge of their health. She enjoys working with herbs daily whether that be in her business or at the dinner table. She loves educating her clients about the historical uses of culinary herbs and how they can be used to easily spice up dishes as well as to help make one feel more vital.
