Investigator Graham Fowler is the Sheriff’s Office Employee of the Quarter for the 4th quarter of 2025.
Graham came to the PCSO in July of 2023 with over 4 decades of Law Enforcement experience.
Graham has taken the lead on many complex and serious criminal investigations. In November of 2025, he took the lead on Park Couty’s only Homicide investigation in 2025. Graham is also the lead in the Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration program and has helped train newer investigators. Graham is tenacious and skilled in investigating nearly any type of crime and his decades of experience make him a valuable asset to the Park County Sheriff’s Office and the people of Park County.
