The County, in partnership with D2C Architects, is in the process of designing the second phase of the County’s combined Office Building. It will be located on Castello Avenue, one block west of Highway 285 in Fairplay. It will house the offices of the Administration, Assessor, Clerk & Recorder, Development Services, and Treasurer. Construction is estimated to begin in Spring 2017. Conceptual images are now available and can be seen below.
